This therapeutic response statement supports the relationship that HER2-positive status confers therapeutic sensitivity to Docetaxel, Pertuzumab, Trastuzumab in patients with Invasive Breast Carcinoma.
Health Canada approved pertuzumab in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel for the treatment of patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer who have not received prior anti-HER2 therapy or chemotherapy for metastatic disease.

PERJETA (pertuzumab) is indicated in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel for the treatment of patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer who have not received prior anti-HER2 therapy or chemotherapy for metastatic disease.
